Kathy Rink, Certified & Licensed Massage Therapist, integrates a variety of bodywork techniques to best support clients in obtaining what they want in a session, through combining strain/counterstrain, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, integrated manual therapy, and deep tissue massage techniques.

This soft tissue release also integrates the muscular/fascial system with the other systems of the body, i.e., skeletal system, digestive system, nervous system, cardiovascular system, etc., allowing for improved function, increased range of motion, decreased pain and stress.

Clients learn how nutrition, exercise, and stress management contribute to well-being, and how to integrate this knowledge into daily life.

It is a process through which the client connects their body, mind and spirit.
